Fast Lane Ventures Pty Ltd is a licensed motor vehicle dealer operating in Victoria, Australia, subject to the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 (Vic) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

These Terms apply to all website visitors, enquirers, and purchasers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• All vehicle listings are provided in good faith and are subject to prior sale.
• Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of government charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Government charges include but are not limited to stamp duty (Motor Vehicle Duty), VicRoads transfer fees, and registration fees.
• While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage, or images are error-free. We encourage buyers to conduct independent inspections.
• Vehicles are sold on an "as inspected" basis unless a statutory warranty applies under the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 (Vic).
• Finance estimates and duty calculators provided on this website are indicative only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.

Under the Motor Car Traders Act 1986 (Vic), a statutory warranty may apply to certain used vehicles sold by a licensed motor car trader. This warranty covers major mechanical and structural components for a specified period or distance from the date of sale. Please ask our team for details applicable to your vehicle purchase.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Imported vehicles (Japanese Domestic Market / JDM) are complied to Australian Design Rules (ADR) prior to sale. All compliance work is carried out by certified compliance workshops. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring registration, CTP insurance, and any applicable roadworthy certificates are obtained prior to driving the vehicle on public roads.

• A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposit terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of sale.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless the vehicle is found to have a major fault disclosed after deposit payment.
• Full payment must be received before delivery of any vehicle.

To the extent permitted by law, Fast Lane JDM's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of a vehicle is limited to the purchase price of the relevant vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
• All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Fast Lane JDM or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
